Scope and amendment of the conditions of use

Only the website www.vargaplasztika.hu is covered by these Terms of Use. Unless otherwise specified, the terms and conditions do not apply to websites with links to the website www.vargaplasztika.hu.

The right to amend these Terms and Conditions is reserved to the Data Controller.

 

Data processing

When visiting the website www.vargaplasztika.hu, the system will automatically record it on the client of the user concerned (in addition: the IP address of your computer), which may or may not be public, the start and end times of the visit or, depending on your computer setting, the type of browser and operating system, as well as the geographical location determined by the IP address. The data thus recorded cannot be combined with other personal data at all, but serve only statistical purposes for the further development of the website.

Obligations and responsibilities of the user

The user shall exercise due diligence when providing his/her data. The user may visit the website only under his own responsibility. The controller shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience caused to the user during use as a result of the user’s failure to act with due diligence.
