With age and significant reductions, disturbing cracks on the inner surface of the thigh can occur and can be corrected by surgery. During surgery, excess skin and fat are excavated, the fatty tissue is tightened by fixing the layer of the carpet to the desired position, and the skin is locked untensioned.
In the case of small and medium fortification, pruning in the thigh is sufficient; it extends from the front centreline of the thigh to the inner part of the tip. The excess is removed by excision in the form of previously weighed bay leaves. The scarring line is hidden by the swimwear and is rarely sinked.
In the event of large surpluses, the inner side may continue to be cut in the direction of the knee in the shape of V, the final scar being in the shape of T and placed on the inner side of the thigh. The scars cannot be permanently removed, but can be made acceptable by scar treatment. After surgery, a compression cloth is placed, which is recommended to be worn for 6 weeks. The wound is dressed and replaced at certain times. Full weld removal is due for 3 weeks after surgery. After welding, handling the scars using laser and wearing a silicone patch is recommended in order to achieve the most impeccable aesthetic result. Surgery is performed under anaesthesia or near-vertebral anaesthesia, following a general investigation.
